Candle Care
Allow the candle to burn for 2-4 hours during its first use. This initiates a consistent burn pattern throughout the candle’s lifespan.
Position the candle on a steady, heat-resistant surface, keeping it away from drafts and flammable objects.
Trim the candle wick (with a wick trimmer or nail clipper) before every burn to 1/4th of an inch, trim you wicks when the wax has cooled down or is at room temperature to maintain a steady flame, minimize soot, and prevent excessive wick mushrooming.
Keep the melted wax pool free from wick trimmings and any debris that could fall into it.
Store the candle in a cool, dry, and dark environment to preserve its quality.
Always supervise a burning candle and place it out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a lit candle unattended.
Extinguish the candle when only a 1/4 inch of wax remains. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a stretch.
Once the final burn is complete, remove the wick and repurpose the vessel, using it as a planter or container.
